Refund policy
The right to withdraw from the contract exists for a period of fourteen days. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a notification of withdrawal must be sent to the following e-mail address:
The return of the goods is at your own cost and risk. The goods must be returned without undue delay and within fourteen days of delivery. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the fourteen-day period has expired. The goods must be returned unused and undamaged, in their original packaging and complete with all accessories and all accompanying documents. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
In the event of withdrawal, all payments, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), will be refunded. The refund will be made within fourteen days of receipt of the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same means of payment as used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.
The refund may be withheld until the goods have been received or until proof has been provided that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs earlier.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are individually manufactured or clearly tailored to personal needs. Underwear is excluded from exchange.
