Shipping policy

Orders are generally shipped with DHL, in exceptional cases with Hermes.

Shipping costs for deliveries within Germany are €5,90. For deliveries to other member states of the European Union, shipping costs are €12,90. For international deliveries outside Europe, shipping costs are €24,90.

For deliveries within Germany, no additional taxes or customs duties apply. For all deliveries within the European Union, taxes and duties are included in the product price.

For deliveries outside Europe, import duties, customs fees or additional charges may apply. These are calculated in accordance with the local regulations of the destination country and are to be borne by the customer. For further information, the local customs office of the destination country can be contacted.

Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Deviating delivery times may be specified in the respective product descriptions.
